Who we are

Axolandia is a children's learning cartoon operated by Flexcore Venture Sdn. Bhd. (company no. 202301031426), Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. For any privacy question or request, email hello@axolandia.com.

The short version

• We never knowingly collect personal information from children.
• This website uses no cookies and no advertising or tracking tools.
• The only personal information we ask for is a grown-up's email address, and only if you sign up for our parents' email.
• We never sell or rent your information.

What we collect and why

Parents' email: if you sign up, we collect your email address so we can send you one email a week with the new episode, its free printable and an idea to try at home.

We don't ask for your name, your child's name or age, or any other details.

When you sign up, MailerLite also records the date, time and internet (IP) address of your sign-up, as a record of your consent.

Free downloads: printables and PDFs can be downloaded without signing up. We don't record who downloads them.

If you arrive from one of our ads, your browser remembers which ad it was for that tab only (not a cookie), and it is saved with your sign-up so we know which ads help parents find us.

Messages: if you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

Children

Axolandia is made for children to watch, ideally with a grown-up, but our sign-up, emails and messages are for grown-ups only. Children should not send us personal information. If you think a child has sent us their details, email hello@axolandia.com and we will delete them.

Services we use

MailerLite sends our parents' email and stores the email list. It may store this data outside Malaysia, with its own security safeguards.

Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it handles basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site secure. We don't use this data to identify you.

YouTube: videos on this site load only when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video plays, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. All our videos are set as Made for kids, which turns off personalised ads and comments.

Telegram: if you join our Telegram channel, Telegram's privacy policy applies. We only post updates there and don't copy or use the member list.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so we don't email you again by mistake. You can ask us to delete that record too.

Your choices and rights

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Email hello@axolandia.com and we will reply within 21 days.

Giving us your email address is your choice. If you don't, you can still watch every episode and download every printable.

Changes and languages

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.

This notice is available in English and Bahasa Melayu (use the language button at the top of the page). If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
